Your Order Cancellation Rights
As our products are perishable goods and created fresh for each order, we can not accept any returns after delivery has been made
You are entitled to cancel your order up to 7 days before the delivery or send date, you will receive a refund of 50% of the payment if its an online payment, or the amount after the deposit has been deducted for advanced orders.
Cancellations within the 7 days before the send or delivery date will be taken as full payment.
Any product that is cancelled will be the property of Gabi Bakes Cakes after the cancellation has been completed.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
